Jones Land Developers is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect and test heavy machines to find mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.

* Disassemble, repair, or replace broken engine parts, transmissions, and drive trains.

* Perform routine preventive maintenance like oil changes and filter replacements.

* Read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

* Use specialized hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic software. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications and Skills

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Trade school certification or 3 to 4 years of hands-on diesel experience.

* Strong knowledge of complex hydraulics and diesel fuel systems.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
