Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate utility installation projects including: sewer lines, water mains. storm drains, underground detention systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility construction or related field.
- Valid driver's license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
